As the design lead for GoTo's booth at Enterprise Connect, my goal was to create a bold and memorable space that would stand out at North America's largest UCC tradeshow, setting GoTo apart from competitors like RingCentral and Zoom. We went for unconventional, larger-than-life shapes, like a semicircle behind the coffee bar. We used a vibrant yellow palette with black accents and bold imagery of people using our products on various devices.
Strategically placed overhead signage and demo stations with eye-catching icons enhanced brand visibility, awareness, and engagement. We also supported the experience with print and digital signage throughout the event space, animated digital assets, walkway decals, and marketing collateral, all designed to leave a lasting impression on attendees.
We designed the booth with adaptability in mind to make it reusable for future events. For example, we repurposed it for the Channel Partners event, making slight adjustments to align with the new messaging while preserving its bold and distinctive appeal. This flexibility allowed for a smooth transition between events, demonstrating the versatility of the design.
Booth signage included menus, promotional material for speaking events, and invitations to after-hours happy hour.
16-foot large-scale signage was placed at event entrances and in the hotel lobby as part of a comprehensive sponsorship package.

Vibrant and informative floor decals led attendees from the hotel to the event space and booth.
LED leaderboards at the event entrances cycled through messaging to advertise the booth.
Marketing collateral included datasheets and case studies printed for attendees to take away.
The digital profile acted as a quick guide for attendees to learn about the company and find the booth. The profile mirrored the booth's design, featuring a dynamic GIF hero image.
