As a designer for the GoTo Resolve brand, I played a crucial role in shaping its visual identity and driving its success. Working closely with project managers and stakeholders, I approached each project strategically, focusing on how best to use creative elements to support our business goals.

I was responsible for designing a variety of assets, including storyboards, tradeshow booths, ebooks, social media content, case studies, and datasheets. I also led the creative direction for targeted media campaigns to boost the product's visibility in the market. By integrating design elements into the broader narrative of GoTo Resolve, I helped strengthen the product's position and impact. This collaborative and strategic approach ensured a cohesive and comprehensive representation of GoTo Resolve across different channels.

I designed this storyboard to showcase the seamless integration between Slack and GoTo Resolve, a cloud-based remote support platform for IT teams. The goal was to create a visually appealing, engaging, and informative video that follows an IT Manager's journey from receiving a helpdesk notification in Slack to resolving the issue with GoTo Resolve.

To tackle the challenge of a 4:5 aspect ratio, I redesigned the UI elements to fit the frame while highlighting the integration's features and maintaining the branding for both companies. The video starts with an attention-grabbing Slack icon and notification, then transitions to a simplified UI emphasizing key integration features, and ends with the Resolve app icon and a clear value proposition: "Simplify Support."

Optimized for organic social channels, this video aimed to drive adoption and usage among the targeted audience, making the IT support process look both smooth and efficient.

Conceptualized display ads for stakeholder review, with one design selected as the campaign look. Developed static and animated assets accordingly.

Created social carousels for LinkedIn and Facebook. The UI was designed for readability and to fit within the small frame.

Designed responsive HTML emails in Figma to showcase product updates. These emails helped build stronger relationships with partners and served as essential marketing tools.

“Bryn can analyze a situation, evaluate who should be involved, and make the necessary connections without hesitation, whether with her manager, peers, or global exhibit production vendors.”

Reimagined outdated case study templates. The updated template focuses on visuals, imagery, stats, and customer quotes to hold the reader's attention.

Crafted ads for diverse placements, incorporating attention-grabbing animation to infuse interest and dynamic movement into each placement.

As the lead designer, I worked closely with the UK-based vendor Unify Design to turn their initial mockups into a cohesive, brand-aligned tradeshow booth for GoTo. While they provided the initial design, I took charge of the redesign process to ensure everything matched GoTo’s brand standards. My role included creating updated artwork and focusing on incorporating product-level messaging for GoTo Resolve and Rescue at key demo stations.

We made sure each brand was prominently displayed above these stations, creating a clear and impactful visual hierarchy. To keep costs down, we decided to reuse elements from a previous event, such as the welcome desk and meeting rooms, and integrate them into the new booth design. This cost-effective approach helped us stay within budget while maintaining a consistent and impressive booth setup.
